Skill develpoment but depends on your, company not providing any training.

Dislikes

.... Work load is more. 4. Office staff rude behaviours. (VP, RM, OM, ADMIN, HR) 5. No salary growth and promotion. 6. Strick to time, 7. Not trust on engineer.

1. It is easy there to get a leave maybe because it's very less, CL 1 per month. 2. There's flexibility in work schedule, no strict monitoring. If there's no work & time is 12 pm, then also we can leave the hospital. 3. A lot of learning opportunities because there's so many equipments in the govt hospitals.

1. Only 1 CL per month, no SL, no EL, no comp off 2. Salary is 🤮. I joined there for 13k & my senior who was working for 3/4 years had also same salary. What the fish!!!

The stock management & spares arrangement is real time & updated. I have given 5* for skill development and work satisfaction because I was able exposed to wide range of equipment which I was not able to access in my previous jobs & everyday I was able to learn new skills with this exposures. This is the only possible positive I was able to obtain

Dislikes

Intense micromanagement, and internal politics from the upper management, no assurity of claim reimbursement for which you spend every month, no travel advance facilities, there is wide range of support but not like a professional one,its a trial and error process. There no much experts in the Organisation. Too much pressure to complete the calls which are impossible but they force into a micromanagement system which itself is hard to handle. There are lot of technically illetrate Headquarter staff who are put into this micromanagement & there is always a clash with engineers & the manangement and on top of that these illetrates makes things worse than ever. I strongly suggest no technically skilled person join in because all your efforts will be in vain & you will not be respected.

Fixed timings and self learning of the process.

Dislikes

There is sandwiche policy, top management always talks about money generation, no perper involvement of all departments. Our insights are not welcomed. Very biased towards HR. If the HR likes you even the boss likes you or else no. We are not allowed to talk with anyone even during Breaks, but the HR is always on floor and Gossiping all day long. More over there are no established policies and system in the organization. Gossips behind our back.

They do focus on learning ,give enough time to individual to learn and grow. As per as my experience I came from different background but they gave enough time to learn things .Until and unless person is not confident they will not force and pressurize them for work.
