Though product company cross border team try to have strong ownership, which is making india development center as a service provider.

There is zero credibility for job security. If you are a job hopper you can use them as a platform to get into a better company.

Trimble is involved in a hostile acquisition where it acquired a company and let go of a significant number of people. Although it has decent brand value, the Indian management is aggressive and has been involved in a series of layoffs and silent layoff schemes. The Human Resources Management for India is isolated from Global Management and hence can do anything they want. They specially have a firing squad who are nothing less than goons. I was threatened with actions when I asked for a policy doubt.
