Such a wonderful company with good benefits , nice salary as well as hike. Trimble always takes good care of employees. Work culture is amazing here. Cab service is door to door , no matter what the time is.

1. You will be having a good WLB here 2. You will be given freedom like there is no check-in or check-out time

... if you perform very well, you won't be promoted before that count of years. 10. Literally managers won't be doing anything great here, but they will be getting such a hefty package 11. There is no transparency here 12. They will collect employee feedback once in a year, but they won't improve. 13. Mostly you will work on legacy projects. 14. Trimble Chennai CPD divison has degraded a lot for the past few years. Most of senior skilled engineers have been moved to another company. 15. When you compare the package that you are getting here with the competitor companies, you will get know how much you have been underpaid. 16. I know most of companies will be giving diwali gifts like 1x or 2× of your salaray, but here you will be given some random gifts like trolley, mixer🫠🫠. They don't even give like a voucher. 17. They will hype like this(CPD) is the best division in Trimble Chennai, you will be working on cutting edge technologies, you will be having great hike/promotion. But the reality is, other divisions are way ahead than this and they are getting more hike than this division. 18. You can see that most of managers here are doing micromanagement.

Though product company cross border team try to have strong ownership, which is making india development center as a service provider.
