Worst Company of my life life, I would not recommend anyone to join. Salary below market standard . Delay in salary . Unethical practices like deduction PF contribution of employers from employees salary (They offered me this , however I deducted )

No policies. 5 Min late will deduct your half day salary but if you sit even more than 2 hours extra there is no additional pay. HR is worst. No PF contribution from Employer. They told me , they will deduct employer contribution from my salary only (illegal?) Salary is always delayed, No fix date for getting salary in bank account. Salary will get credited to account on any day of month but not to forget Salary is delay by 3 to 4 months at-least. Full and Final settlement took 8 months for completion. Extremely unprofessional HR who doesn’t have any professional ethics like replying to emails

no job security ,Work culture is average, management is supportive, Company policies are worst.

After company layoff , including all my benefits and salary they have settled with 4% of the total amount i have to receive. Which is unfair to me .

Salary not paid on time and its also not definite when you will be getting salary. It can be 2,3 months and too much load of work with no benefits . But if a person looking only for experiencewithout any salary expection then some one can go for it. Otherwise i would never suggest any one to go to this organisation

Teamates are awesome, training will be given parallel with role itself. We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. Environment is awesome here for the supportive and learning of new subject from here.

Dielike is only the think is salary and somehow work pleasure is also there.
