I like trimax IT infrastructre Ltd client site redius pvt ltd As FME enwgineer. Good site and office environment is good.

I am facing salary issue , salary is credited 10-20 date of month. not fixed date. most of time salary depoisted in account 21-21 date of month.

Since It Infrastructure was small, had opportunity to work on multiple domains.

Dislikes

Salary was not paid on time, Even had arrears of 2 to 3 month salary. No benefits, Even the deducted PF was not deposited completely.

They have good projects. Some team mets are very good. There is nothing good to discribe. Very horrible management. They do fake promises sal and hike very pathetic.

They never Salary on time. Hike is pathetic like 3-4% and if they give. There is some new manager who unnecessary stop you never let you go home on time.

Nothing its the pathetic company i have worked so far. They don't provide the salary on time. It gets delayed 2 months. Engineer are not been paid for 2 to 3 months. After resigning properly and giving a notice period of a month still the payment of full and final gets delayed to 4 months. By far the worst company. If u or any of ur relative is planning to join this company in future plz request be rather unemployed don't waste your time and energy joining this company.

I had joined foolishly even after reading negative comments in social sites. The don't pay salaries. I don't understand why they recruit and deceive so many employees. Company in huge debts. Highly unprofessional company
