We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. This is a good place to start career. Job security is good , No work pressure, 8 hour working.

Exposure is very limited. Learning scope is very less . Salary timing is not regular. No so called HR policy. No leave just 1 day in a month leave is allowed.

Since February Company is facing Financial problems and It is hard to pay salaries to employees. As of this every employee is facing problem.So I think it effects on service

They didn't support me ! As I worked since 1.6 years ! No appraisals! Recieved! No hike! Very rude managers ! Managers need to be trained first that how to respect the employees in the office premises!! Very bad experience with managers
