Nothing its the pathetic company i have worked so far. They don't provide the salary on time. It gets delayed 2 months. Engineer are not been paid for 2 to 3 months. After resigning properly and giving a notice period of a month still the payment of full and final gets delayed to 4 months. By far the worst company. If u or any of ur relative is planning to join this company in future plz request be rather unemployed don't waste your time and energy joining this company.

Salary not paid on time and its also not definite when you will be getting salary. It can be 2,3 months and too much load of work with no benefits . But if a person looking only for experiencewithout any salary expection then some one can go for it. Otherwise i would never suggest any one to go to this organisation

Teamates are awesome, training will be given parallel with role itself. We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. Environment is awesome here for the supportive and learning of new subject from here.

VERY POOR SALARY STRICKT TIMINY SALRY NOTHING NO APPRISAL SALARY TIMEING IS NOT FIXED AFTER HALF MONTH COMPLETE THEN SALARY GIVE AFTER THAT DATE IS NOT FIXED DIWALYA COMPANY

This is a good place to start career. Job security is good , No work pressure, 8 hour working.

Dislikes

Exposure is very limited. Learning scope is very less . Salary timing is not regular. No so called HR policy. No leave just 1 day in a month leave is allowed.
