Salary not paid on time and its also not definite when you will be getting salary. It can be 2,3 months and too much load of work with no benefits . But if a person looking only for experiencewithout any salary expection then some one can go for it. Otherwise i would never suggest any one to go to this organisation

Teamates are awesome, training will be given parallel with role itself. We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.
