Discipline and work rule and regulation is not good. There is no specific time or schedule for your working time. Company need your time for growth but not think about growth of their employees.

I am handling Independently entire work of Accounts , Indirect Taxation ( Pre GST & Post GST ) , Direct tax , Store, etc upto finalization of Balance Sheet , Annual Income tax Return , Finalization with Audit Team procedure of Indirect Tax ( Pre GST & Post GST ) , Finalization of Assessment procedure of Income Tax cases , Monitoring in Store activity . I am enjoying with current Employer .

May be not as such a dislike issue but every place something is good or bad. but over all are o.k.
