Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is not good company.they are not giving your salary. I was worked here. They are not pay my salary. Please don't waste your career. Don't go there. Totally worst. Current employees please leave as much as possible for better. I have worked nearly 5 months they are hold my 3 months salary. After three months they said no projects. And they suggest some company to attend interview. They hold my three months salary.they said no fund now. Now 8 months passed. They didn't attend my call.no response. I have all proof. One day i will compline ( lil bit busy on my work). I have all proof .anyone going to join this company please comment below this. I will send my details. After that you decide. Please don't join this company.
