...omer and genarate invoice that is the main thing ....thats the company culture .salary will not credit properly and you will raise the question south and north region or anywhere no one will not give proper answer....after few days you came to know some chilly issues like you came late/leave one day which has MD instructed to stop your salary ... after many follow up you will get your salary.....this has continously happened with out proper reason.....with out any intimation and notification they have been terminated and say no reason . after we asked to MD .he said no issue you will continue and sustain.whole PAN india management is very very pooooooooor. donot choose this company who were working OEM/Tier 1/Automobile fields .after you will spoiled your entire carrier.

...ly value their work once it is over they will show no mercy just throw you away. No career growth and salary will not be increased after joining no matter how many years you work for them

...ugh a temp agency and get hired on "full time" they still treat you like a temp. No matter how long you work there you get no PTO, no vacation, no bonuses and NO PAY RAISE! You also don't get all of your pay. The lady boss at their Marion, OH Whirlpool location is HORRIBLE. She acts like she can't be bothered. If you just have a simple question she gets very rude or doesn't bother to answer you at all. They shutdown for two weeks over Christmas. Since you get paid biweekly you go an entire month with no income! The definition of a scam company!

...o develop good work culture. HR for namesake, No HR or team building activities. Just expect salary, and they are doing favour by giving you salary, No extra facilities, but expect all the hardwork from you. Management doesn't trust their employees. No appreciation by word, you take minimum or no leaves, work very hard for company, sacrificing your personal life and time, even after that No trust. Facilities only for few(favourism) No policy, No SOP's for work and hence no allocation of work. Not proper hierarchy, higher management interference into all things,all decision are taken by MD and CFO and hence your supervisor word doesn't mean anything, even if you are promoted to supervisor, you can't take decision for your team.(that defeats the whole purpose of promotion) You are just a labour, they don't care to turn employee into asset. If you leave they will probably bring someone cheaper than you. Cost cutting is their best policy.
