...ugh a temp agency and get hired on "full time" they still treat you like a temp. No matter how long you work there you get no PTO, no vacation, no bonuses and NO PAY RAISE! You also don't get all of your pay. The lady boss at their Marion, OH Whirlpool location is HORRIBLE. She acts like she can't be bothered. If you just have a simple question she gets very rude or doesn't bother to answer you at all. They shutdown for two weeks over Christmas. Since you get paid biweekly you go an entire month with no income! The definition of a scam company!

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...Mates were very supportive. So i worked in TRIGO for 2+ yrs in various location. Now working with other organisation with good salary but always miss TRIGO. I was hired by company Ishwar Sir HR Head North they are very nice person and human Clear things at the time of interview and every month meet employee at site for their issues. I special thanks to ishwar sir for hiring me in this MNC now i am onrole job.

travel policy was not good, no pre planning of travel deduction. Expense received very delayed and deduction done by operation departmen much, Not giving vale to Third Party Employee Learning is good, Some time very hectic scheduled but for learnign carrear growth its good.

Here company management is very poor ,nobody gives positive response either salary either job security.

Everything is not good for fresher person as well as experience, Not count to experience any company because here word quality very poor,we can nothing gain which is valuable for us.
