Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

1- very small org. Don’t waste your time and energy to apply. The management is very poor Owner is the only manager who is taking care all stuff admin, finance, sometime HR too Senior management or CEO is mentally unstable who is taking everything on personal Do not join

That was really awesome experience . I learned lots of new things not only technical , some personal life lessons also .All the seniors and mentors are well qualified and supportive to their juniors . They always ready to help and suggest best things . I really grateful to work with Trignodev Software .
