Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,but I'm observe last one year work pressure is very balanced.

...f you do any wrong (like late comings , efficiency, system not turning off,etc..)the will cut the salary and this is not a office it a school

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth bis slow there is bond 1year
