No job securities, you will be deployed immediately to client’s project, once the project ends or gives you roll off your service also gets terminated with Trigent. With me I got roll off after 4 months of work. Basically it is a contract to basis role even though they will say that you are a permanent employee with Trigent. So be careful.

No Micro Management. Full freedom and great Work Life balance. Pay is also good compare to other service based company.

Location is not very good but its fine not too bad also. Fun Activities are very less or almost there is no fun activity.

Job security is not there. They promise to take care of ur concerns but never pay attention. Even they do not entertain your noticeperiod. For the name sake they hv notice period. They can terminate you if there is no such deployment available from any of the contractors. Hr is really rude and do not resond you back if you are on contract to hire position. They really do not have a permanent osition with them. Big cheating company.

If you’re not aware than they won’t provide EPF More they will deduct from your salary Salary credit date will be based on their comfort some times 5th or 7th on first week will get salary It’s consultant so if your suffering under the Clint you won’t get any help No life balance Heavy pressure Over attitude hr Login should be strict but logout will be tooo late

Here goes the worst company with worst work culture , rude behaviour of unethical managers will ruin your career if joining here. I suffered mentally worst in my career life. Work cultures is the bad part and managers harsh behaviour will ruin everything
