Compensation is based on performance, which makes lazy people make less income. Also, they give a lot of importance to each individual in the organisation, which in turn makes people feel that they can do anything they want.

It's a great company to work with. They train you and mould you in such a way that you are able to tackle any situation in the real world. My experience with Triforce Inc. was amazing. The travel part was the best, they're very creative and innovative and encourage creativity from everyone who works there.

Personally, I had issues with work life balance. It's not mandatory to work late in the night but to finish the criteria or to reach its objective you may have to push your limits.
