The only reason to left this company is the company has given full authority to to one uneducated fool,goof.he has no sense of what he is actually doing.every engineer and managers have to go and ask him for the resources.you know how cheap he is he collect money from workers and he did many scams that company didn't even know .the funny 🤣 part is if we go against him he will tell everything bad about about us with the management unfortunately the management without even knowing what was happened blindly believe this uneducated fool.thers is no scope for engineers to learn technical side.respect and mental health are the ultimate currency u find in a job however u don't find it here.

Nothing to like here, first of all engineers are not valued at all, because of one illiterate guy at site Project GM, Managers, and other Projects engineers are treated like supervisors. Management completely believe on that illiterate guy, no new ideas and technical standards here. All man power, machinery is under that illiterate fellow, when any PM/Engineer gos and asks any thing to that illiterate guy he just says I’m not in mood now, I’m busy now and other silly reasons. All GM and PMs are just for formality project’s decision are made by that illiterate guy, even our project GM should go and ask for man power and machinery to him, our project GM don’t have any power, so negative working atmosphere at villa project site. All Msand , Psand are shifted and mobilised by 7-8 years experience of engineers. There is no work standard, quality standards at site. At site no one care about quality and standards, all materials qualities are confirmed by that so called illiterate guy. I strongly advice if any one is planning join this company and here at ambitionbox please don’t ruin your self respect, technical knowledge, mental peace by joining.
