Coading and Marking Industries in India is ruled by a few group of company. if anyone want to make career in this field then one should avoid.

Service team have only 1-3 experience people not educated one. Salary never come on time. Salary will credit by 20 of every months. 2Year bond so do not play with career. No Growth Very few salary hike. uneducated employee in service field. No benefits no good allowance Huge travel all over india but employee stay only at Mumbai Travel from Mumbai each and every day. Voucher not coming on time. management not good.

Btech salary is 14k-15k. No Growth. Management not good. all over india travel for servising all machine china made no salary growth 2 year bond no big office no cafeteria do not join to spoil carrier. company do not have good machine servicing machine is headache. No weekoff on sunday sometime work for every week till sunday no payment for work on sunday voucher not on time and salary come on 20 of months

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
