Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

- Festival celebrations - Cricket tournament - Tech talks sessions - HR session after salary deposit

Dislikes

- Salary structure - Poor appraisal and it takes so much time - No enough projects - No Job security - They are not even providing IDE license or ChatGPT premium reimbursement if it is required any developer for sake of speed their work

The company does not like anything and politics is played in every way

Dislikes

In the company, especially in the java department, politics is played in every way and there is no answer and nothing is done and it is a useless company. If tenning is not done, there is nothing wrong and all the positions in the company are politics, so it is a completely useless company.

You can do anything here, Good environment for moon lightening.

Dislikes

When you will leave the company they will ask money from you. During joining they will take blank cheque from you and they will deposit it when you will leave the company. If you take appraisal then you are in bond for 6 months. If you leave early again return money.
