I totally work in Tridhaatu is ten years,first five years is golden period.salary on time,regular appraisals,work satisfaction,picnic,director behaviour towards employee it is like family

Great culture - lots of learning. Very competitive compensation structure including incentives

Dislikes

Not too much training. Work had stalled for some time. Now things are in shape with funding. Last 3 -4 months has been great progress on the construction front.

The only thing nice about this company is that we dint had to travel much

Incase u have certain obligations like loan and family to support plz dont join this organisation as they dont pay salary they havent paid me salary for 6 months and when i went to ask for they had falsely accused me of not being punctual, not reporting properly etc and asked me to leave the job u can ask their current employees as well they are getting salary for last year june, july 2020 now . May they suffer the way we have !!

Firstly, since I was new to the field of construction, I've learnt to the best of my knowledge how to sell a big brand product. Also, have learnt many other new skills within the organisation, which has been very helpful till the end of my career.

Dislikes

I wish not share any dislikes of the brand, as I've been a part of it for good amount of time.

Good job security, uses quality materials, construction quality is good. Company directors are good, visionary and loyal.

Dislikes

Company should work on employees skills and Development activities, need to improve timely delivery and SLA, need to stop fake commitments to employees at the time of interview. Need to provide yearly increments and timely salaries , Need to implement incentive programs.
