Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. They give bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I was working at trident with senior and my colleagues as a trainer. As my education Pg in MSW and worked as a customer relationship management so totally different work I had experienced and I learned communication skills, interaction with customers and understanding the problems of the customers.... working environment was excellent..

Dislikes

As their was no issue with work but their was no growth.. I didn't feel any pressure during my work but salary ,increment, incentives, PF were not given good enough that I dislike about company only

Work culture is excellent. Involvement of the Top management in business with a bottoms up approach is highly appreciated.there is no pull or push mechanism as the drive is on parellell linens with a 24X7 guiding approach.

About my experience they r provide high quality service and product with resolved the customer problem within 24 hrs. Quickly effectivly

The part of dislike is only that getting the employees on a contract base like role on contract base nt a company role
