1) Worst company I have ever seen. 2) Salary not on time 3) Worst management and Seniors 4) Mostly two persons running the show who are so arrogant with no work ethics and no respect for others. 5) No skill development opportunity I would recommend not to join this company, your career will be spoilt.

As the lockdown began, salary was credited a month late along with a high percentage of pay cut till date.

Dislikes

No work culture, no proper resources, no outings and office tours, no work from home facility, no cab facility, no timely appraisals, no policies and procedures, no top mgmt help during personal problems, no dues clearance, unapproved leaves if taken more than 2-3, poor infra and hygiene and the list is endless.

If you are good in getting things. You can grow fast, and you will be assign more responsibility.

Dislikes

Just salary come on time. But not the reimbursement and any other money. They gives arrears in the part payments. Appraisal cycle is very unstructured and delayed. They also not process fnf amount easily.

They just use and throw employee.No timely appraisal.notice period of company is three month but they detain within one month notice period.onl few are appreciated wo are in top of the company.The employee who works on site not provided any convince or night shift allowance etc
