Most important you don't get your place to work for example if you want to work in Indian but they have less staffing in conti they will put u in conti rather then putting u in staffing Nd the worst is you have to work fr 14 hr every day. No break !! So think before you join..

This Property is very good for benefits, it may be salary or bonus or we can say learning, we have good facilities for improving our communication skills, nice guest clients, and best part we have many programs like OCLD, SDP,EDP For development.

Working culture is very poor, because people are working for his family but we can not spend time with our family, because people are working for break shift they have to report at 6.45 am and they are leaving by around 11.00 pm In that we are getting 4 hrs break but still person has to be there in hotel Here minimum duty hrs is 12hrs.

Long working hours of 14hrs No straight shift only break shift Very low salary students are wasting their 3 to 5 lakhs of money in ihms and they get 10to 12k in salary is it good for better living ? No personal life

Overall very good Company Culture. Compensation was very good compared to other respected hotels in mumbai. Great team to work with. Upper Management and Human Resources Department was always very supportive of needs.
