In hotel industry starting salary is less. Working hours are also more like 12 hours are normal during shift.. but if their is too much rush then it may be converted to 15hrs..

Worst work culture, no fixed timings even if you are asked to come in shifts, no correlation in between the departments, one has to tackle huge work pressure with little to no advantages, internal politics

It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave
