Dislikes

There's nothing as such because what we thought is not a good thing sometimes ends up teaching us something invaluable. The only issue one might face is due to their own incompetence as here people are friendly and listens to all the issues that an employee faces. So, things will be bad only for those who won't speak up about their problems.
