The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow

Likes

A Fraud FDI company where all investors are Indian and failed to develop projects even after 12 years. The management is clueless and unwilling to close the project anytime. The other investors like MGS Group are stuck with 40 Cr investments. The Development works like Electric supply station, Club house, STP, Drainage, Sports activities are non-existent and company has no concrete plans to complete the same. The marketing staff is involved in resale therefore no increase in price of real estate for past 5 years. Other land at Nihalpur Mundi has one-third of Government land for which they are unable get NOC fpr past 6 years. Overall a sinking organisation before law catches-up with them.

Overall a fraud Organisation which is downhill before law catches up with them as they are involved in legal issue with government.

There's nothing much to like.. It's just that it's a job which you are in need of so you are doing it that's all.

Dislikes

The management is awful. Absolutely no chance of any skill development. One will find Very mean people inside the company which makes it very difficult to do your job.
