I have applied for IT support position which they told me will be Senior position and to handle the team . I have given interview on December 2019 they told me you are shortlisted and will give me offer letter. But till now its JAN 2021 they still not provided me Joining letter. I have rejected many offers due to this company job since I was getting as company payroll Job. The main reason they kept me on hold that there HOD was not available I understand that for 2 weeks I was continuously following HR she told me HOD will come today tomorrow day after tomorrow but no further process happened. HR of the company not arrange any other way to give me Offer Letter. Even till date I called HR they have same reason Director has not given signature and all. I would suggest the company atleast be clear about that if you're not selecting someone. I would advise if someone going for Interview for any position. Take the offer letter within 2 days or leave the dream of getting job here . Process of company is not promissing. I would finally give a verdict. Please do not apply for this company if for IT position
