Because of low salary it was very bad experience and I didn't get the job opportunity according to my qualification so I was very disappointed to the company.

Wonderful company in this segment, there is no match of their work culture, work life balance and compensation compare to their competitor.....If someone looking for opportunities in power distribution solution it’s a great organisation.

HOD are not a team players, they think to do individual.

I love the fact that iam part of a team that rlc panel wiring, plc control wiring , plc programming.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.manager do not valuean individuals' unique strength,which is why i have not take back my suggestions most of the time.

Self initiator worked well there , no pressure from other except month end. Learning and development are upto self goal.

Absence of quality department. No one ask regarding it until any customer complaint raised .Floor driven design team are real concern

I like the company work culture. Employee are well connected to each other.

I don't know but why this company is so professional for newcomers only,that employee who are working here for long years,they rules on company like a boss,in every department,they don't appreciate new people ideas. In company promotion are calculated by years not by talent. People are at higher position is taking too much benifits Because the director of company is totally depends on them. Work from home -if you are senior you can do it. Work from home- for juniors,no you will have to come office
