Nothing to say like that but salary delay is one thing i could say..but comparing other institutions where the salary is reduced to half of even delayed in months... Here at SRM its a delay in days..so that too is not a complaint but a trivial remark. It can be credited on or before 3rd of every month. Thank you

My career start at SRM. Good environment, General staff 8 hours duty and ,food and accommodation only pay 1000 rupee.but gdrawback low salary and No increment to non teaching staff, more politics.j

No promotions, once you give notice for resignation Even if you go for further studies, you won't have any choice except for paying 3 lakhs for 3 months notice period, no flexibility at all.
