Full time paying job,yet no need to stay in Campus from 10 am_to 5 pm. Can bring the paper work to home. Provision of pension after retirement. Opportunity for career growth by payed study leave,sabbatical leave,scholarships for the lucky few Provision of different types of loan.

Dislikes

Academic environment polluted by too much of politics Male dominated. unfair appraisal at times
