Dislikes

No promotion policies, no growth opprtunities, multiple managements who have not on same page which causes employee growth. Less salary and positions offered so suggest you to dont come on false hopes, take it on paper. Its a LLP organisation so any promotion or hike will need permiaaion from US which will time taking process also if you need personal loan will effect you because of LLP organisation.

The founders of the company are really professional but they are not aware the VP they hired was asked to leave from her previous company and now she thinks she is the owner and treats employees real bad right from checking associates from toe to head through those f*****ng glasses gives everyone uncomfortable experience. a 50 years old woman thinks that a 23 years old associate is trying on her and she fires him with silly excuses. The w***h has hired a manager from her previous company who doesn’t open mouth when needed and doesn’t use his own brain. The b***h has created her own group, alliance people who she asks to spy on others to make sure she stays on top and these things do not reach the founders The message to founders try digging and know why she had to join Triarq or had to leave previous company If you the b****h will take the company to next level think 1000 times. I can keep writing an essay but I think it’s enough for now

One lady handling all men and they all are like her servents. You can not give your ideas or any update, because everything goes with vp only.totally micromanagement.there is no heierchy.all from Associates to Sr.Manager reporting VP.You can't even sit and talk with your team.As per VP,they all with low standards and founder saying to sit and talk with team.but founder don't know anything about Navi Mumbai office's environment and what all suffering.

After clearing all rounds no one reply on official mail also about feedback not giving the support also they take interview but not provided information worst company

-Toxic work environment -Overstretched work pressure -Nepotism and office politics No appropriate appraisal even after delivering best results.
