1)Salary credited to account before 1st of every month. 2)Medical(OPD) expenses reimbursement facilities are best in class. 3)Company provides 2 days weekly offs and and 54 leaves in a year.

Dislikes

1)No Salary growth I have joined the company without salary negotiation at 3.2 L CTC with around 8 years of Work experience and now the CTC is just 5.1L in 4 years in this company. 2)Company doesn't provide Laptop or any other accessories even not a Carry bag. 3)Company is only having show up policies. 4)Company doesn't provide any kind of trainings. 5)Company doesn't have a employees portal to download salary slip or anything else. 6) No annual bonus. Joined in 2019 and got a annual bonus of 18000/- for Financial year 2022-23. 7)Company doesn't have any cashless medical facilities. If any employee or employees family member hospitalized then the employee have to pay the hospital expenses and the only way to get medical facility is to submit all the documents to Head Office and will get the amount after 2 months. 8)HR Department is very careless and their behavior is always rude. 9)Company is totally 3rd Class.

Ontime salary disbursal, good IT infrastructure, own medical facilities and job security.

Dislikes

Promotion strategy is not fair, despite of having excellent performance rating for years promotions can be expected on face value only, if you are posted out of head office at any site then promotion is very difficult, out of sight then out of mind.

Poor salary, Limited career growth, Travel policy not up to the mark, Appraisal not done last two years, Work culture not as per professional org

Teammates are very friendly and helpful. As it's a Tata group of company, so job security as well as a good work environment is there.

Career growth is nil from my point of view. Salary structure is very poor in TRF.

Being Tata Company, mentioning about work culture will be un-justice to it. Work culture is beyond explanation

Dislikes

... was not prominent in generating revenue and mostly controlled by other culture. Growth as well as compensation not even with other Tata company
