Very pathetic organization. I will suggest don't apply for that organization. It's not a company it's just a black money making organization.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in that organization. None of the good employees will go there. There is no infra like office and Director itself is not good person

Versatility of being able to do variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward thinking, supportive company that realised employees are their greatest asset. Working collaboratively with people for successful outcomes. A flexible work environment, mission, vision and values. Satisfied with their Organization as a place to work, willing to recommend their organization as a good place to work.

Dislikes

Favouritism, overworked, micromanagement. there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.
