Think twice before joining this organization if you have another offer take that even if need to compromise with the pay. At least your job will be secure and you will have peace of mind 2) The pay mentioned in the offer letter is a BIG SCAM. Around 25-30% of CTC is variable component which is dependent on your performance and rating and if you receive rating of 2 you lose the whole amt. 3)relocation amt is a big scam: for analyst role they give rs40000 but if you leave the organization within 1 year you need to bear the whole amt well in this organization most of the employees are asked to leave within 1 month if their performance is not at par so you end up covering all the relocation amt all by yourself. USE YOUR RELOCATION AMT WISELY. It is included in your CTC which is unusal and inflates your overall CTC 4)strict timings: from 9 am to 6 pm you would be considered late if you arrive at 9:01 am 5)now coming to manager and senior authorities the whole organization favours favoritism 6) it is not even the work pressure the senior authorities are full of arrogance. They act like they are graduated from ISB or WHARTON and treat TRESVISTA as if it is at par with Mckinsey or BAIN

expected to work for 24*7. Even though if you want to take a leave you have to work for 3-5hrs on leave day. For major escalation, you will get warning letter, hire and fire policy is there. 0 work life balance

Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.

...r within the dept. Female team lead of design dept is good. All others are dumb. One of the people in document dept has 5years exp, yet she is working for salary below 50k🤢 And more importantly, they don't train you well. They give unrealistic short deadlines for assignments and then expect you to work after 6 and to come on time to the office. Apart from that, the HOD is a man child. Trust me, he takes everything personally, isn't that good of a teacher, and even during training he expected us to know everything. If that was the case, then he should pay us more and skip training. The day I joined 4 people were having farewell. I should have seen that as a red flag, considering that dept has only 15 people. On top of that, the interns in other dept get 19,500/- in hand While this dept hired us full time, but still couldn't pay me more than 25k. Yes! The in-hand salary for this role is 24,500/- While interviewing the HOD said their budget for this role is 3-3.5LPA. I said ok, cause it was my first job, I thought I'll atleast get 28-30k in hand. But nope. If you multiply 24,500*12=2,94,000LPA Which is not even close to their lowest, so yeah Also the team lead/associate that I was working under, harrassed me mentally said "I'm a failure" for asking his help on one of the projects. And mind you, I was still on probation, it had not even been 3 months in office and yet I experienced this. In fact, no one should have to go through this. And no one will help you and they all expect you to go HOD directly, thankfully that HOD had this redeeming quality that he changed my associate next week itself. But yeah. This is what I mean, when I say the quality of people. they don't pay enough and this is how unprofessional they start acting. Later, that associate had the audacity to give me a review for working under him for 15 days and then due to this reason, they increased my probation period to total of 6 month, which was 4 months earlier. This decreased job security and I applied for resignation at the end of June. Even then half the dept did not come to give me farewell and in the previous months, they expected me to pay for their bday cakes. Bhai pehle salary increase karo! They also don't have communication. Can't plan team outing properly. Everyone has ego and no money. If you want to save yourself from mental, physical and financial pain, then stay away from this company and this dept especially.
