Not a pure techninal job. This company only a retail store in all over india. Not transfer to other store or like a home city store. But non technically this job is ok for manager, and sales man like a sales accociate, sales officer, department manager. But not technical profession job.

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time

New people with no experience get more package but the internal people who are giving their best never get that respective package growth. No doubt for great learnings & you also get to explore what an individual interest is but the growth is very slow
