manegement system ,hidden policies ,unreason termination ,extreme use of 3 party contract labours ,not offering good amount pf money to labour ,not regular good defined schedule ,flexible time hours schedules,extreme work load

This is totally system less company. Senior mgmt treat lower mgmt like donkey. Very bad culture. No work life balance as company thinks that we need not to go home after 8 hr shift. GM & HR are not professional. There is no sop & system. All do Bull work. No WIP is maintained thru ERP system. We need to check parts physically every time.

Worst ever company to work with.. The AGM now the GM is the worst human being or a top management you will find..

The AGM the "4 feet" .. I don't understand how is being promoted to GM He's very bad.. Very very bad.. Who knows nothing than just boasting
