Working with a chalanging Job that we have crossing the River by Horizontal directional drilling methods. We work at the HBPL and BKPL Project and cross the Ganga River 5 Times.

Growth rate is very slow. We will not get any training by Company staff or out side the company. We have to learn it self by seeing and asking with employees.

This company no provide of any training for freshers, therefore senior time to time poor guide them step by step, so which is a pain some time and whatever.
