This company management has no vision and no mission and no culture , just they have been operating the company for their own and individual benifit not for the client wellbeing or for employees well being , don't trust or believe that it's an organisation , it's not an organisation the entire system diverted and works only for one individual person in india in many aspects . Professional people can not serve to tremco .

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
