There is nothing to like except work-life balance

Its complete sustinence. There is no technical discussion at all. All roles are IC roles, so unfortunately, we will not get any support from any seniors. People misuse flexibility provided by company. Management is least concerned about the product. Only release matters for them.

The Advance team support to us is very good. The Advance team engineers are very experienced and polite.

Dislikes

Whatever you are doing for the organisation. Even if you are at top in performance chart. Organisation don't care about you. Leaves you get but you always have to plan it in way advance. Work life balance, forget about it. One day someone will contact you on teams and will say boss stop working from now. Organisation don't need you anymore. Collect your documents. You will get your money.

Joined Trellix with the aim to embrace a new career path, which I am happy of. Company has clear employees oriented policy which really give the best of all employees. On of the few aspects which really captured my attention was the kind of transparency which exists between top leader manaand employees there is some kind if bond which has been established.
