Great colleagues and most people around you. Some really genuine people without two faced nature. Lots of work that can turn out to be a great learning experience for freshers as the amount of work is mid-senior to senior level for a junior's job. Based on the assigned project, there can be more responsibilities allotted at a junior's level which can help in growth.

Dislikes

Horrible management. Work on weekends and late late night sometimes. Inexperienced people pushed to higher positions where they cannot handle the work, there's no support for them, and things just start falling apart in that particular project due to this. Mean HR/Management, they're only nice to you when they have something to get out of it. Not a nice environment in general, full of negative politics. Don't expect a raise, increment or even designation appraisal.
