With best efforts you may find difficult in work life balance. There are lot of work opportunities, however most of work is non automated. Great exposure if directly involved with client.

I feel the HR policies and compensation should be transparent. While you are directly assigned on project there should be minimal internal interfaces unless there are concerns by project companies.

U can learn a lot as a fresher. Flexible timings. Colleagues are good..

Dislikes

...of politics. Admin team never work. Your revaluation will be pending for months. Will not receive salary on time.

Its a very good company to start your careers. Every people in the organization is nice.

Dislikes

They have 3 months notice period which is not negotiable. They will delay to provide your work experience certificate and final settlement. For me it took 1.5 months to receive these certificates so i miss few goof offers from other companies because of this issue. HR policies not good. So i request for the Relieving employees if you are going to relieve means try to get these certificates with the notice period.

The organization offers excellent opportunities to learn and grow especially for beginners. The scope is vast and you will have the opportunity to get exposed to various activities in your department that you won't normally find in many organizations. Work-life balance is also excellent due to flexible, yet quirky, work timings. Work pressure is very minimal and work nature will be versatile.

Dislikes

Right from job security to appraisals and job security to work satisfaction, everything is downright poor. Appraisals are not done as per policy but under the discretion of the management. Most often than not, your job security will be questioned irrespective of your performance. As a result, you will be placed under a lot of stress and career growth is out of the window. Work culture is toxic as politics among employees plays a major role. Employee engagement activities almost never happen. Poor management by top executives who are reluctant to take ownership and are ready to blame low-level executives at the first opportunity they get. Most important of all, salaries don't get credited at the right time and don't expect any explanation regarding the delay.
