Shit work life balance Dumb managers Shit project deadlines Immense tech debt in implementation Shit salary Shit weekend compensation only 600 Have to work on weekends/night shifts. They don't ask for your preference or convenience

Good exposure for the freshers. They can get a lot to learn and more chances to develop their thinking abilities

Dislikes

No variable pay will be given for the overtime work. Work life balance won't be good for manager positions. Get a good chance to grow for L1 and L2. From L3 the work will get more harder. You won't get tym to learn new things being in a project, but you are expected to do multitasking.
