The technical training that they provide is very fruitful to the career and it helps you a lot in handling large-scale projects. The type of project you work on are pretty good where you also learn domain knowledge

Good exposure for the freshers. They can get a lot to learn and more chances to develop their thinking abilities

Dislikes

No variable pay will be given for the overtime work. Work life balance won't be good for manager positions. Get a good chance to grow for L1 and L2. From L3 the work will get more harder. You won't get tym to learn new things being in a project, but you are expected to do multitasking.
