Besides getting a timely salary, we get good appreciation from higher management. Since there is work pressure, there is a collaborative work culture here. Moreover, the work-life balance is best in TRB.

...e expected to do what is not in your profile....no limit of unexpected duties. FnF - You will not get your complete full and final because it is in HR policy to not to pay....no words. Conclusion - No career in Joining a company with false statements in everything they say.

The organization provides several opportunities for us, and we get regular training. I work as a senior administrative assistant and got to learn a lot about the manufacturing process. Our upper management supports my abilities to take the initiative. Our complaints are heard by the HR department, which responds right away to provide a stimulating work atmosphere. Till now, the experience has been good.

Long working hours are the major issue which the senior management should look upon.
