Avoid Trawex at all costs!! Do not join Trawex!!

The salary is only 12,000 which is well below industry standard. To make matters worse, they don't provide a payslip so you have no way of tracking your earnings and deductions. When I asked for a salary increment after my year of service, they made different stories to avoid an increment that felt completely unprofessional. It's clear that they do not value their employees. What is worse in this company is If you have a above 15,000 salary they cut taxes when you ask for a reason they say go to Google and check yourself. Save yourself the headache and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

If you really want to join this company then please before joining, do more research about Trawex try to consult with employees who are working in this company and ex employees also, do not believe the positive reviews and HR words they are just manipulating words. If you believe than you will regret after joining in this company. And also don't believe fake reviews that posted on Ambition box try to consult employees, who are working in Trawex because we also not satisfied with the company management rules. Here HR are doing scam and also force us to write positive reviews of Trawex on Ambition box.

Nothing to like here it is a fraud company with fake hr team and fake management

I don't like here hr management they deducted the tax in 15k salary only. Hr are doing scam to their employees they even won't provide you payslip and experience letter after leaving the company. And we have to sit over 10 hours with such low salary without taking break if our system show 2 min offline they will msg us and even call us. I Don't like management here I am saying this again and again you will regret to join in this company. Here you also don't get much skill you have to work on same task for 3-4 years. Here you won't get any carrier growth your growth will be stopped in this company and after leaving this company there is very struggle to join in another company due to less growth.

The management lacks vision and leadership, making it extremely difficult for employees to thrive. The work culture is toxic, with favoritism being rampant, and no support or recognition for hard work.

Dislikes

There’s a severe lack of work-life balance, with employees expected to work overtime regularly without compensation or appreciation. Additionally, there are no clear growth opportunities, and the training programs are either outdated or non-existent. Feedback from employees is often ignored, leading to low morale and high attrition rates. The HR team is unresponsive and fails to address employee concern. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive work environment.
