The salary is only 12,000 which is well below industry standard. To make matters worse, they don't provide a payslip so you have no way of tracking your earnings and deductions. When I asked for a salary increment after my year of service, they made different stories to avoid an increment that felt completely unprofessional. It's clear that they do not value their employees. What is worse in this company is If you have a above 15,000 salary they cut taxes when you ask for a reason they say go to Google and check yourself. Save yourself the headache and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

Do not join this company. This company is doing fraud to their employees. They do not provide payslips and experience letters to their employees, and their salary is also below the industry standard. I also don't like company culture and management. We have to sit over 10 hours with such a low salary, and they also make false promises at the time of recruitment. I never advise anyone to join this fake company.

I had a disappointing experience working at Trawex Technologies. The HR team displayed unprofessional behaviour on multiple occasions, they even blocked my number for asking pay slip and experience letter. Even company director has not supported for us for this act of HR. There were instances where communication was unclear and certain promises made during hiring were not honoured. It felt like transparency was lacking and some practices raised concers about fairness and ethics. I would advice potential employees to ask detailed questions during hiring process and get every agreement documented.
