They were open for suggestions and listened to what we have to share.

Dislikes

Their was no planning or a path to follow. Their was a lack of mentorship I would say for a fresher otherwise it was a great company to work with.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
