Nothing it’s an Lala company however they think they are like NASA, there policies are like FBI there HR like astronauts, rest you know better what I am trying to tell you.

Everything, salaries is not on time at the time of joining, salary date will be given 1st of each month but it will be credited after 10 sometimes 15th too, incentive was not given everytime you have to fight for your incentive , people from management they have micro mind set owner of the company always think about there pockets no matter what’s the employees problem.

Bad place. Salary never comes on time. Just for your own mental peace don't join this company. There's no appraisal. HR doesn't know how to talk. HR head is st00pid . People sitting at high positions (founders family) don't care about the pockets of their employees. Fk all company.

...ast, this is the first company I came across where it truly feels like a family. Treated well, on time salary and incentives, great management and very much employee centric organization. Flexibility with offs whenever asked. I love working at Travelounce and find no reason why I shouldn't be committed to this place

Nothing much. Outdoor Parties are little less than often otherwise there are fun friday activities by the ER team and festival get togethers.

I like nothing about this company . They will treat you so well in 1st week and thn they treat u so bad and dont pay you . Avoid guys
