The company is using the opportunity to restructure the organization without thinking about the impact and the difficulty employees will face during this crisis and this is being done abruptly and is not transparent. Traveloka's one of the core values is Empathy, which is not being shown to its own employees. The company has been burning money without being frugal all these years and when the crisis happens, they run out of ideas as the leadership team is not experienced and sound immature often I will be surprised if the company sails through the crisis successfully.
