Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is nothing to like in this company.

...u Jaipuria is a terrible and worst person to work with. He is cheap and worst. He is commiting to the employees that the Salary will be credit in your account within 07 working days but delays it infinitely and pays it after 20-21 of every month. His one of the best dialogue is I don't have the fund to pay the salary, but subsequently He is buying Mercedes and is enjoying his life in hotels like Trudent, Oberoi, Lodhi, Taj.

My Staff person is too good and but job security is not secured. My salary is INR 20,000 but I am not satisfied with work.

Dislikes

The company benefits is terrible. The timing of job is not strict. The company doesn't give the vacations for tours. There is note lot of work by which I can learn the new things.
